Steel-Plastic Bonded Geogrid
Advantages
·Steel wire and plastic are hot-melt bonded tightly, no delamination or peeling, with excellent overall integrity.
·Firm bonded nodes, high tensile strength, low creep and little deformation under long-term load.
·Acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant and anti-aging, long service life under underground environment.
·Large friction force with soil, strong lateral restraint, effectively reducing subgrade settlement.
·Resistant to high and low temperature and humidity, suitable for complex geology and cold regions.
Steel-plastic bonded geogrid takes high-strength galvanized steel wire as core reinforcement, which is hot-melt bonded and compounded with HDPE. Nodes are firmly bonded to form mesh reinforcement structure.
It features firm steel-plastic bonding, ultra-high tensile strength, low creep, corrosion and aging resistance. It has excellent soil interlocking performance, no delamination or deformation under long-term load. Widely used in highway, railway, high-fill embankment, soft subgrade and slope reinforcement to control settlement and improve foundation stability.
