This material combines the strength of traditional concrete with the flexibility of textiles, enabling rapid construction, efficient seepage prevention, and adaptable shaping in engineering applications. It is particularly suitable for slope protection, channels, emergency projects, and similar scenarios.

一、Basic Structure and Composition

Cementitious geotextile is composed of multiple composite layers, primarily including:

· Three-dimensional fiber reinforcement: A three-dimensional fibrous structure woven from polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) filaments, providing tensile strength and crack resistance.

· Dry-mixed cementitious material: Contains calcium aluminate cement, fine aggregate, and additives; undergoes hydration reaction upon contact with water, rapidly hardening to form a concrete layer.

· Waterproof backing layer: Laminated with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyolefin-based waterproof membrane on the bottom side, ensuring complete waterproofing and enhanced durability.

The material is supplied in roll form, allowing for cutting, folding, and coiling for transportation. After installation, it is activated by watering, then cures and sets into a solid, hardened form.
