Product Details

Concrete Canvas (CC), also known as "cement-impregnated fabric" or "concrete fabric," is an innovative flexible cementitious composite material. It resembles a heavy textile blanket, pre-mixed internally with cement powder and a fiber reinforcement matrix, and typically features a waterproof PVC membrane on the underside. Installation requires only positioning the material and adding water. Upon hydration, the cement begins to set within two hours and reaches 70% of its final strength within 24 hours, ultimately forming a durable, waterproof, and fire-resistant concrete layer.

This material combines the flexibility of fabric with the strength of concrete, allowing it to be freely bent and folded to conform to complex terrains and curved structures, significantly simplifying traditional concrete construction processes.

· Temporary roads after disasters, flood embankments, and reinforcement of breached dams (e.g., Jiangxi flood relief in China, 2020)

· Emergency shelters (CCS Shelter), formable in as little as 40 minutes, habitable within 2 hours

2. Infrastructure Repair and Protection‌

· Pipe wrapping, bridge strengthening, tunnel lining

· Slope protection, riverbank and mine slope stabilization, as an alternative to shotcrete, preventing soil erosion

3. Environmental and Agricultural Applications‌

· Construction of corrosion-resistant troughs, drainage channels, and drought-resistant canals (already applied in Africa)
