Introduction of Geotextile for Sludge Drying Yard
Sludge drying yard geotextile mainly adopts PP needle-punched staple fiber geotextile, laid on the base of sludge drying beds and dewatering yards in wastewater treatment plants. It cooperates with underlying gravel drainage layer to realize rapid sludge dewatering.

Ⅰ. Main Functions
1. High-efficiency drainage & dewatering
Permeate free water from stacked sludge down to gravel drainage layer, accelerate sludge dehydration and natural air-drying, shorten drying cycle.
2. Anti-clogging filtration
Retain fine sludge particles to prevent soil and sludge from sinking into drainage gravel, avoid long-term blockage of drainage channels.
3. Isolation separation
Separate original ground soil and upper sludge, stop foundation soil mixing with sludge to ensure stable drainage structure.
4. Reinforce base ground
Disperse stacking load of sludge, improve foundation bearing capacity and prevent ground mud boiling and softening.

Ⅱ. Product Features
Great water permeability, stable pore structure for anti-blocking, outstanding acid & alkali resistance against corrosive sludge water, good flexibility for pavement laying, easy cutting and low construction cost.
