1. Product Overview
Retaining Wall Uniaxial Geogrid is a high‑strength one‑way oriented geosynthetic material specially designed for reinforced soil retaining wall projects. It is produced from virgin HDPE or PP resin with anti‑UV carbon black and high‑strength modifiers, manufactured through extrusion, punching, heating and uniaxial longitudinal stretching.
Polymer molecular chains are highly oriented along the tensile direction, forming a rigid strip‑grid structure with solid integrated nodes. It provides excellent unidirectional tensile performance, low elongation and outstanding long‑term anti‑creep capacity, perfectly matching the unidirectional stress characteristics of retaining walls. It greatly improves the stability and bearing capacity of reinforced soil retaining walls, prevents wall deformation, sliding and collapse, and is the core reinforcement material for permanent retaining wall engineering.
