Shandong Yuanpeng Environmental Protection: Busy Geotextile Production and Stockpiling to Ensure Supply for Domestic and Overseas Projects

In recent days, multiple geotextile production lines at Shandong Yuanpeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in the Tai’an High-tech Zone have been running at full capacity. To meet concentrated delivery demands from highway, water conservancy, and environmental projects at home and abroad, the company has launched an early peak‑season stockpiling plan, increasing inventory of its main products: polyester filament geotextiles, staple fiber needle‑punched geotextiles, and composite geotextiles.
On site: raw materials such as polyester chips and polyester staple fibers are neatly stacked in the material area; production lines run at high speed through opening, carding, web‑laying, and needle‑punching processes, forming rolls of geotextile; quality inspectors randomly test mass per unit area, thickness, and tensile strength. In the finished product warehouse, geotextiles of different specifications are stacked in separate areas by weight and width, with ample stock.
In the container loading area, forklifts are loading packaged geotextile rolls into containers. Each roll is film‑wrapped for moisture protection and labeled with a batch number. The company strictly follows a “test before shipment” process, ensuring seamless connection between stockpiling and dispatch.
A representative of Yuanpeng Environmental Protection said: “Demand for geotextiles is currently strong. We stockpile in advance and schedule production scientifically to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Container loading photos and shipping documents are sent to customers simultaneously for easy logistics tracking.”
