Shandong Yuanpeng Environmental Protection: 58 Containers of Geotextile Shipped to Russia for Overseas Infrastructure Projects

Recently, at the factory of Shandong Yuanpeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., 58 standard shipping containers of geotextile products completed production, quality inspection, and packaging, and were successively loaded and dispatched to Russia. This shipment mainly includes polyester filament geotextiles, staple fiber needle-punched geotextiles, and composite geotextiles, which will be used for highway subgrade reinforcement, slope protection, and pipeline engineering filtration layers in Russia.
On-site Dispatch: 58 Containers Loaded in Order
As seen in the on-site container loading photos: rolls of geotextiles, wrapped with moisture-proof film, are smoothly fed into containers by forklifts, with clear product labels and neat stacking. Quality inspectors check weight, width, tensile strength, and other indicators roll by roll to ensure compliance with export standards. Each batch is accompanied by batch numbers and test reports before shipment.
A logistics manager of the company said: “58 containers is a landmark bulk order, taking less than three weeks from production scheduling to loading. By optimizing production planning and inventory management, we ensured on-time delivery.”
Product Applications
The exported geotextiles are mainly used for:
Subgrade reinforcement: Laid in soft soil subgrades to distribute loads and reduce uneven settlement.
Slope filtration: Achieves “water permeability with soil retention” on embankment slopes, preventing fine particle loss.
Pipeline protection: Acts as a separation and filtration layer in pipeline trench backfill areas.
