2. Application Details
·Anti-seepage system‌: Two fabrics one membrane composite geotextile (geotextiles on upper and lower layers + HDPE membrane in the middle)
·Material specification‌: 400–500 g/m² geotextile, with 1.0mm thick HDPE membrane
·Laying scope‌: Full paving covering the whole reservoir (pond bottom + slope)
·Slope protection‌: Precast frame beam + pebble filling, with geotextile used as underliner

3. Core Functions
·Anti-seepage‌: Block seepage channels to achieve the "zero leakage" target
Isolation and protection‌: Protect the HDPE membrane from being punctured by gravel and block stones
·Crack resistance and deformation coordination‌: Adapt to uneven settlement of the foundation and prevent the membrane from being pulled and cracked
·Drainage and seepage conduction‌: Drain accumulated water under the membrane and reduce uplift pressure

4. Implementation Effect
After the completion of the main project, the water storage is stable without obvious leakage.
It provides reliable water source for 100,000 mu of corn, and the irrigation guarantee rate has been significantly improved.
Compared with the traditional concrete anti-seepage scheme, the construction period is shortened by 40% and the cost is reduced by 35%.
