Standard Construction Steps

1. Subgrade preparation: Excavate to design elevation, level and compact subgrade; remove organic soil and mud.

2. Lay geotextile separator: Prevent subgrade soil mixing with upper gravel, block fine soil upward pumping.

3. Unfold HDPE geocell panel, stretch tightly, fix with ground anchors. Connect adjacent panels.

4. Fill aggregate (angular crushed stone recommended), slightly overfill above cell height.

5. Vibratory compaction, reach ≥95% compaction degree.

6. Optional top dressing: spread thin decorative gravel layer for appearance.
