Standard Construction Steps

1. Subgrade / slope trimming: Remove organic soil, mud and sharp stones, level and compact the base. Lay non-woven geotextile as separation filter layer.

2. Unfold HDPE cellular confinement panels, fully stretch to design size. Fix with steel anchor nails, connect adjacent panels by locking fasteners. Increase anchor density at edges, slope top and slope toe.

3. Fill cavities: Add aggregate or planting soil into cells, fill evenly and compact layer by layer.

4. Inspection & repair: Check anchoring tightness, supplement fillers for empty cells and repair damaged sheets.

5. Construct upper pavement or vegetation seeding according to design.
