Geotextile Specifications:
Under membrane: 300g/㎡ short-filament geotextile (for leveling and isolation)
Above membrane: 400g/㎡ long-filament geotextile (for protection and reverse filtration)
Drying field: 500g/㎡ polypropylene (PP) geotextile (for corrosion resistance and drainage)
Application Parts:
Oxidation ditch, secondary sedimentation tank, sludge concentration tank, sludge drying field
Main Functions:
Protect 1.5mm HDPE membrane, reverse filtration anti-blocking, accelerate sludge dewatering, serve as isolation layer
Implementation Effect:
No leakage after years of operation; the moisture content of sludge in the drying field decreased from 85% to 60%; SS interception rate ≥ 90%, reducing the load of subsequent treatment.
